Angelique Nguyen
Angelique’s deep expertise in grassroots organizing and electoral politics come together to ensure the greatest impacts for Game Plan Strategies clients at every level, working with candidates up and down the ballot as well as IE organization. She got her start working in politics in 2018 on a congressional race in Tennessee's 7th District, where they out-performed any challenger in the last 15 years. Since then, she has led and worked on campaigns from the presidential level to the municipal level both in Tennessee and New York City, creating innovative messaging that cuts through—even in the toughest of environments.
Kory has nearly two decades of experience at every level of Democratic Politics. He’s run top statewide races, helped to lead national party committees, created award-winning television and digital advertising, and won tough campaigns up and down the ballot. Kory served as the National Political Director for the DCCC in 2020, overseeing multi-million-dollar efforts to protect the Democratic Majority in the U.S. House. The previous cycle he helped the DCCC flip 11 GOP-held seats and take back the majority. Most recently Kory ran the 2022 US Senate race in Wisconsin for Mandela Barnes. Following the election, he helped Lt. Governor Barnes launch The Long Run PAC, an organization devoted to supporting change-making candidates across America.

Power to the Polls
Over the past two years, Game Plan worked with Power to the Polls to build one of the largest and most effective mobilization and outreach efforts in Wisconsin's history. We helped build a coalition of the top labor unions and progressive organizations in the country, raised over $8 million, and put together cutting edge creative and messaging aimed at working class and BIPOC voters in communities across the state.
Using every possible medium, including door to door canvassing, texting, influencer engagement, Black radio, direct mail, digital advertising, and streaming communication, we built one of the most comprehensive voter outreach programs in the country aimed at communities of color. In the end, not only did our target voters buck many of the worst national trends - outperforming every other swing state - but the work of Power to the Polls (FF) played a significant role in re-electing Senator Tammy Baldwin and flipping more than half a dozen state legislative seats.

New Jersey Senate
We helped Andy Kim secure victory and make history in the New Jersey Senate race by turning out bilingual voters with a clear messaging strategy. We used Andy’s own words and actions to build our compelling narrative. With integrity at the forefront of voters’ minds, our message was focused on how Andy would take on the special interests and powerful insiders, ushering in a new era of leadership in New Jersey. This messaging, along with Andy’s strong personal narrative, helped him outperform the Presidential race by 5%, and helped to make him the first Korean American Senator in our nation’s history.

Texas Democrats
We worked with the Texas Democratic Party to build the state’s first coordinated campaign in a generation (Texas Offense), laying the groundwork to fundamentally change how targeting, organizing, and mobilization happens in the Lone Star state. We helped the state party and coordinated campaign table members build an organizing apparatus from the ground up, leveraged critical donor and stakeholder relationships to bring in funds and outside support, and created a roadmap for future success. Thanks to the work of Texas Offense, down ballot Democrats
Texas Offense was able to provide invaluable statewide organizing support for down ballot Democrats, as well as for the Allred for Senate Campaign - which overperformed the Presidential race in Texas by 5%.

Voice for New York
In 2024, New York took center stage in the fight for the U.S. House of Representatives. We worked with the Voice for New York PAC to create a mobilization program that was focused on turning out hundreds of thousands of young voters across the state - and create a new and lasting bloc of engaged voters. Our strategy: Use every medium and platform available to fundamentally change the way we communicate with young voters in 2024 and beyond, resulting in flipping all three of our targeted districts in New York from Red to Blue.
